"Camber" was a joke related to a different picture - I changed the picture to a better one, but the original picture showed one with some suspension deflection which apparently induces some tilt.

Yes, "stance" is getting old, hence why the post was in parody of it. Extraordinarily tall vehicle, which has fairly close fit of tires to the fenders and *looks* somewhat like a lowered vehicle due to its width. In short, a dumb joke used as excuse to post a neat-looking truck.
